The Eve Radio Casino is a new feature we've added to the updated website.
There are currently two feartures, an Eve themed slot machine and several Texas Hold'em poker tables.
The slot machine uses the websites point system as currency and allows the player to win additional points through play. Depleating your points on the slot machine will prevent you from playing, however, site activity adds points to your total which means the more sociable you are on the website (uploading pictures, videos, starting group discussions etc) earns you points to play with.
Our Texas Hold'em tables are aimed at website users who enjoy a bit O fun and games while listening to their favorite internet radio station. Each new user that registers an account on the site will start off with a pool of $500 that they can spend on the poker tables. Non site members will not be able to play, so go register. As we are just setting off with this venture, we have low bet tables for folks to start on while they build up cash reserves. Eventually, we'll open up higher stakes tables and eventually - tournament play.
We currently have a few tables available hosting 8 players each. We can and will add more tables with varying player limits, higher minimum stakes and larger maximum stakes.
If popular enough, we may even convert the current fake cash system into site user points much like the Slot machines that already use it. In addition, we may allow users to "buy" site points for in game ISK which will then allow the users play for in game currency.Win enough points and you could cash them in for ISK, minus a percentage for the Eve Radio wallet, of course.
This FAQ will be updated as time passes and functionality is expanded. For now, please enjoy our slot machine and poker tables.
