Is there a way to not have the player volume reset to default every time the stream is reloaded/switch DJs?

Will assume you're using Windows and say, Firefox to listen.

You can adjust the volume of everything in Firefox by clicking on the little speaker next to your clock in the lower right corner of your screen. A slider will pop up, with 'Mixer' in the bottom part. Click there to adjust each application that creates sound individually.

Is there an easy way, unfortunately not, the player doesn't allow the volume to be reliably read or written while it is active.
We therefore have it set to 50% when its loaded each time.

One of the things which is planned is the ability to save which stream you want as default (rather than it always defaulting to smart prime). With this I'll be able to save other information such as the default volume you would like. Its not as nice as it remembering the last setting you had it, but should mean you can find a sensible default for your setup.

Although this is something which I would like to do, there are some more pressing things to be resolved first.

Thanks for the explanation QGazQ!

@failgull
I have tried that but it still gets loud when the stream resets.
