Mr Blades and the rest of the Epic Eve Radio staff,

I would like to suggest something to you, if I could be so bold.

Those that are premium supporters, especially those of us that live in the US time zones we are covered by the jukebox at least a few hours in a day. Would it be possible to have a high quality jukebox?

Not sure if that is possible but I listen to Eve Radio about 10-12 hrs a day at work and at home, heck I even try to listen to it while I am in the car commuting between the 2. LOL!

You have a fantastic radio station and I think you might get some more traction for increasing the yellow brick road if the premium supporters get more premium services even when there isn't a DJ available.

Just a friendly suggestion from an avid fan.

It's probably doable BUT it would involve reripping the entire jukeboxes audio library and reuploading it. At it's present state that's about 6 thousand songs and not all of the content came from CD's. Some would come from legitimate online sources so would need to be repurchased to download at a higher bitrate.

Technically we could start small and slowly grow the HQ jukebox but we'd have to run two seperate instances of jukebox so it doesn't impact the non HQ JB.

Either way, it would be a fairly big job which would take a lot of Jahners time (that's right, I delegate) so not likely to be something we see happening this year. However, we'll take a look at the logistics of it and see if theres anything we can do during the early part of 2012.

Thank you for the quick response.

I had a feeling it would be a pretty serious undertaking, but I just thought I would throw it out there.

Be it standard quality or high quality Eve Radio is the best online radio station I have ever had the opportunity to listen to.

So keep up the great work!
