As for software, there are many out there that would work, but as for myself I use Sam Broadcaster Pro or Virtual DJ Pro (I shift between the two). It's just finding which software you find you are most comfortable with using.
That would be the first step, finding a software that you would like to use then find an open time slot and from there checking out the recruitment site (completegamer.net/recruitment/) for other requirements and to submit an application.

As for applying; I would suggest to check out the schedule to see if there is a slot that would work for you. If you do, then next step would be to head over to the recruitment site (completegamer.net/recruitment/) to look up all the requirements and to fill out an application.
