I find your content offensive or unsuitable

It is difficult for us to be prescriptive about what our DJs can and cannot play on-air. However, we absolutely will not tolerate racism, homophobia, transphobia, disability discrimination, religious discrimination or any other content prescribed as illegal under the laws of the United Kingdom.

That said, the content of some shows may be somewhat risqué. In addition, some shows may contain swearing, sexual innuendo or other vulgar language. We realise some of our listeners will be sensitive to such language so we do have a system in place where, at the start of a show, a warning is broadcast to explain the show may contain such content. If this warning was not broadcast at the start of the show, then this is violation of our policies and if a complaint is made, we will investigate the matter.

Much of what is said or played on EVE-Radio is intended to be playful. Sometimes, however, this can go too far. Again, if you feel you have been specifically victimised, we can and will investigate the matter.
